Kind-In-Action is a kindness-driven lifestyle brand and community that inspires compassion, generosity, and goodwill through meaningful merch, uplifting content, and real-world acts of kindness.

What does “universal kindness” mean?
Universal kindness rises above politics, race, religion, status, or background. It’s about compassion, respect, generosity, and goodwill—lived through action and impact.

How much does Kind-In-Action donate to charity?
We donate 8% of all merchandise revenue to vetted charitable organizations.

Who chooses the charities?
Our community helps guide our giving. We donate to established organizations and also allow community input on additional causes throughout the year.

  • Additional community-nominated causes

What products do you offer?
Kind-In-Action offers a variety of apparel and accessories designed to inspire and spread kindness.

How is your merchandise produced?
All items are made to order through a trusted fulfillment partner, helping reduce waste and ensuring consistent quality.

How long does fulfillment and shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days, depending on item type and destination. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free U.S. shipping on orders over $75.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — at this time, we ship within the United States only.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
Items must be returned within 30 days in unworn, undamaged, original condition. Email support@kindinaction.com to request a Return Authorization Number before sending anything back.

Do you accept exchanges?
Yes. Once your returned item is received in its original condition, you are free to reorder any merchandise you desire. We will issue a refund or store credit for the original item after it is received and inspected.

What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Email support@kindinaction.com with your order number and a photo of the issue — we’ll make it right quickly.
