Merchandise credit is shopping credit included with your membership and can be used toward eligible Kind-In-Action merchandise. You do not have to spend it all at once. Unused monthly credits automatically roll over and accumulate while your membership remains active. For example, if you use half your credit this month, the remaining half is added to your new credit next month.
Monthly members receive their merchandise credit each month when their subscription payment is processed. Unused credit rolls over while the membership remains active. Annual members pay upfront for a 12-month membership and receive their full annual merchandise credit upfront.
Annual membership costs the equivalent of 10 monthly membership payments instead of 12. You still receive merchandise credit covering the full 12-month membership year.

Free U.S. shipping is available on qualifying orders of $125 or more after discounts. Membership does not automatically include free shipping.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your monthly membership before using your merchandise credit for that month. Once purchased, annual memberships can only be upgraded, not downgraded.
Yes! Contact customer support to request cancellation and a refund. Your membership will be canceled immediately, and your membership account will be deactivated. Your refund is based on the dollar value of unused merchandise credits and is returned to your original payment method. For example, if you received $100 in merchandise credit and used $40, your refund would be $60.
